The cover immediately caught my eye. It’s stunning and made me want to dive right in. It was a raw portrayal of a very real and very troubling disorder. This is a topic that many don’t feel comfortable talking about.
This book caused so many feelings. I would recommend it so that people can see they are not alone. That there are others out there battling the same issues, feeling similar feelings.
I like how the book is told from Anna’s perspective but it goes through different periods of her life. We get glimpses of what happened to her, what events lead up to this part of her life. The intake forms, assessment forms, treatment plans and meal plans really adds to the story as well.
