Wow! The writing is powerful and vivid and poetic. I enjoyed the color palette descriptions and mention of painters and how they view the world. This character is suffering from anxiety and has tried to gain control of her world with her anorexia. She and food definitely do not get along and that comes through clearly and with an impact that has already left me wanting to read more.
