Bring out the issues and the tissues!

I love how this book dives right into what we should be talking about today. How depression, fear, anxiety, has started to shape not only our girls but our boys starting at very young ages. In this book, the need to be perfect takes over. I feel like I will need a box of tissues with this book because of the issues I have been though.
