After reading the blurb, I already knew this book sounded like something I would be interested in. Having never read the first one, I was kind of nervous to go into the First Look but I couldn't help myself. I was so taken with the world and the writing even from just these first couple of chapters. It has convinced me to pick up the first book, and I know I'm going to love reading this one once I've finished.
