BOOK REVIEW ⭐⭐⭐
I received this book as a bookish first winner and I was really excited to read this book because not only am I a Texan, but I love visiting Fredericksburg! I think Fredericksburg is such a beautiful place and i love the deep roots that remain throughout the town. However, this was not my favorite read. It had many characters and story lines to follow and I felt as though it was not capturing a good enough plot to have so many involved characters. In a sense, I felt like the story kept moving but nothing was really getting resolved. Nonetheless, I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to read this book first. I also want to point out the amazing cover because it really did capture my attention to want to read it from the get go! Lastly, just because it didnt suit my taste doesn't mean it won't be an excellent read for someone else! .
