So...this book sort of reminds me of the TV show “Dallas” mashed with the “Hatfields and McCoys.” Maybe it’s because I grew up in a small town, but I rarely find stories about small towns or the people in the towns interesting. There are some exceptions, but sadly, this isn’t one of them because nothing really distinguished this story from the many similar ones already out there. I’m going to pass on this one.
