intriguing setting, great hook , Families demise

I consider myself a proud Texan. So when I saw that Marc, Hass Gillespie Country Fair place in a small town there I had to at least give it a try. The first few pages about the fire that destroyed the apartments , was a very good use of the plot devise of Starting the story in the middle. The family demise troupe is also very appealing aspect of this book. Overall, I think this book sounds like something I , read as soon as it came in the mail, if I when win it.
