From the cover of the book, I thought it as another run off the mill detective story. However, reading few pages from it, I had a different opinion. The Gillespe county fair , makes you feel how the old historic towns are gobbled up by the real estate companies in the guise of renovating or developing them. The character Farel Geische, who has the charm to exploit people in the town, his old friends. But his charm has no effect on his daughter Willow. I am would love to read more of how Willow gets even with her father and what would be her course of action.
