From the prologue alone, I know for sure I'd want to read this novel. Everything about the book draws me in in a magical and sort of scary way. It's very original. The world was very vibrant and rich. The authors writing style and world-building is applaudable. This book truly seems to be magical, charming, and intriguing. The author really payed attention to all characters and it's extraordinary how lively and interesting each of them are. And of course, the cover is stunning as well!
