This book was a bit of a ride for me, it started off great with pretty good world building and characters. But somewhere in the middle it started to dip for me, not really sure if I was just going through a mini reading slump or what but part 2 and a bit of part 3 couldn't keep the same momentum as part 1. The ending is kind of a cliffhanger, but in the soap opera kind of way where the main story itself is wrapped up but there's always a twist at the end.
But I enjoyed it immensely, and found it to be quite an interesting story with a diverse case. Can't wait for the second book to see how some of the characters story lines plays out, especially Enrique. Super excited to see how his story pans out.
