Just as you think you're beginning to learn the details of the Houses and their current rulers, you're hit hard with the first plot changer. The historical-fantasy lore of this story is so intriguing to me. And this cover, this cover is just gorgeous! If I walked by this in a book store I would pick it up just based on it's beautiful colors.
