The Gilded Wolves reads like a beautifully immense fantasy with a narrowed scope, and I cannot wait to explore every character of this rag-tag crew. Chokshi's writing is both vivid and imaginative, creating a unique world that has deep caverns to mine from. Séverin's journey to gaining back his inheritance looks to be as exciting as it is dangerously thrilling, with many dark turns along the way, and I look forward to exploring how his journey intersects with each of those he has in his employ. The stunning cover only enhances what I know will be inside and is just one of the many reasons why I want to read this new fantasy novel.
