The first thing that catches my eye about this book is the truly stunning cover! I love the opening poem-style page that appears before the prologue, I feel that it really sets the tone perfectly for what is to come. I'm also really intrigued by the prologue and the very mysterious tone that it provides as well. I also appreciate that there are two perspectives right off the bat that really give me a good idea of what style to expect, and I am so intrigued to see where this book continues to go.
