At first glance we see a loving, kind German family all crowded around the window waiting for their eldest daughter’s beau to show up. The descriptions are just lovely and I truly felt like I was standing with Eva waiting. I could not stop reading and am very sad I don’t have the whole book already. I am not a huge fan of Historical Fiction, but this has extremely relatable characters, and a very interesting plot line. I can’t wait for it to release so I can keep reading!! I also love the color, very eye catching!
