I thought the premise of this book sounds interesting...hearing about WWII crimes from the standpoint of a German translator. I love reading any historical fiction book and this one is no exception. The only criticism I would have is that the flow of time and location transitions are rough since the author did not put in line spaces or chapter breaks in between. It is confusing to go from a scene in Eva's house to the attorney general's house in the next paragraph without several line breaks to help delineate the section. Overall, I am looking forward to reading this book in its entirety.
