I really appreciated how accessible the language is in this book, even though to me, DNA sequencing and everything surrounding it is pretty complicated. The cover is fine; it fits the subject matter, even though it's kind of bland. But it's not fiction, so I don't expect it to be exciting. As far as picking this up to read, I'd probably pass if I were browsing in a bookstore. I don't tend to read science books, and as fascinating as the topic is, it's not enough to make me want to purchase it.
