I enjoyed the writing of this first look. As someone who is not well-versed in biology or medicine or science-related fields in general, I thought this was easy to understand and relatively interesting. I must admit, I personally don't think I would be interested in reading the full book. It was interesting to read but, I suppose somewhat paradoxically, not of interest to me. That is to say I don't have interest in reading on the subject further. That being said I think someone who has some interest in the subject matter, but not necessarily a background in the field, would find it to be interesting as well as accessible which I appreciated.
