Immediately absorbed me into the main character's reality, & transported me, as if in a Time Machine, back to the era of punk rock, with all its mosh pits, safety-pin piercings & other dark-side accoutrements. Pulled into the drama of the moment, I became invested in the emotions of all the characters, and the possibilities that lie ahead for changing the Time Lines of their past, thereby changing their futures.
I really hope to be able to finish reading the rest of this narrative as soon as possible, as it swept me up completely & unexpectedly! The cover art was brilliant & magnetic, but didn't even begin to prepare me for the brilliance of the writing style.
Not for the faint of heart, due to language & violence, but very realistic in keeping with the era portrayed.
