In fairness, I'm not big on sci-fi or time travel, so this isn't a book I'd normally look for in a bookstore. I do love the cover, and the synopsis enticed me into reading the First Impression.
The writing is good. The author plants us right in the story. I felt like I was there at the music festival. But the premise didn't hold my interest. I thought it was immediately heavy on the 'women versus men' vibe. And, with just this short excerpt, I got a strong impression that it'll be challenging to keep up with all the various timelines and people going back and forth.
