I loved the book The Silent Patient so I was excited to read Alex Michaelides new book. The Fury is the story about a murder that takes place on a Greek island that is cut off from the rest of the world. Only Lana Farrar and her friends are on it when the murder occurs which means that one of them did it. Or did they? This book was slow to start but as I kept reading and learned more about the characters and the narrator, more unexpected twists and turns were revealed. Towards the end I couldn't put the book down. The story was told through the perspective of Elliott Chase, one of Lana's close friends. Elliot is a quirky character who doesn't really fit in with the rest of Lana's friends and is also one of the most unreliable narrators that I have ever read, but as he tells his story and releases more and more information is pure genius! The ending was definitely a shocker! Thank you to @celedonbooks for the ARC!
