While I enjoyed the story, the character and the suspense, I felt it was repetitive at times. The way it was written gave off Clue vibes. I did like how the author twists it at the end and makes you question your thoughts on the narrator. There were some characters I wish he spent more time defining and exploring. I felt some didn’t have enough of a voice throughout. The ending also felt a tiny bit rushed but again that could be since the bulk of the story was the build up of this storyline. The setting was great and the cover is wonderful. I think I still prefer the author’s previous book more but overall a good read filled with suspense. It will keep you guessing on who the murder could be and where the story is headed right up until the very end. And then what you thought it was, reveals itself to not be. Hope you like it too when you get the chance to read it.
