When I saw the author of this novel, I knew I had to read the preview. From the get go I was hooked into the story. The book is written as though you are having a conversation with a close friend, it just so happens the topic of conversation is a murder your friend witnessed. I also appreciate that the narrator admits that not everything will be reliable and some details may be based on little information collected. The narrator also explains that this story is a whydunit instead of a whodunit which is a new twist on the murder mystery.
