The cover deserves a second glance because it is more interesting than it initially appears. The novel itself, however, does not really grab my attention. Though I am a huge fan of the genre, I am not thrilled about novels that use a character to tell the story instead of letting it unfold naturally. I might read the rest of the book if I can get it from the library, but I would not purchase it.
