Eye-catching and intriguing from the cover to the first sentence!

The cover is a real eye-catcher. I was intrigued and excited from the very first sentence. What an exciting beginning! It immediately gripped me with the clever intellect of the narrator feeding me compelling tidbits to lure me into the story. Since he reveals himself to be a playwright, it fit perfectly that he set the scene then started to introduce the characters. I'm tearing my hair out wanting more!
