This is not for me. I am not the audience. I don't read a lot of mystery anyway, but the chatty, informal voice is not endearing to me. It didn't strike me as objectively bad, but the meandering voice really put me off. Since I'm clearly not the target audience, I won't be requesting a copy, but good luck to the people who put in for one! :)
