I am not into the voice of story. This seems like it is going to be artistic in a way that is not going to be fun. Is it just going to be the main character being dramatic or is it overall structure of story? The excerpt was pretty short but I think it gives a good impression of what the story is going to be like. So the narrator is going to be unreliable?
