I did not find anything really unique or different about this book, but there is a mysterious feel that I want to pursue. We only get a small glimpse of the main character, but are led to believe that there is so much more to her that it compels us to keep reading. I like the subtlety of the entry into this story and how the author gives just enough of a taste of intrigue to expect that there are going to be a lot of twists and turns and maybe even something a little disturbing as we delve deeper into these characters and their secrets. The only reason I do not want to be entered in the raffle for a copy is because it is an e-copy only. I'd rather purchase the print version when it becomes available.
