Diamond writes magnificently! He effortlessly uses vocabulary to guide the mind to a vivid picture. I can relate to Claire immensely. The paranoia, acting tough and strong but on the inside feeling weak, and dealing with people you cannot trust. Or not trusting anyone for that matter. This really spoke to me personally, and I would love to see what transpires. Such a strong female protagonist as well! I love it!
