Well this one just didn't click for me. The cover is interesting, I particularly like the split with (what I assume is) Claire's profile in it. Not a huge fan of the fingerprint outline in the back though.
Mostly though I was putt off by the "I don't need anyone"/almost holier than thou attitude the main character, Claire, has. Lack of reliance on others, in my opinion, doesn't equate to a tough person it generally just creates problems. Especially in a situation that can turn out to be dangerous.
I will say though that the building of the mystery itself and the background life/world building was fantastic. I do find that despite not really connecting to the presentation of it, I want to know what the mystery itself is.
