One has to love Lord Bleedham Drye while hating him at the same time. His life is so full of adventures in his quest for eternal life while one must hate him for having the resources to make the treks all over the world to reach his goal. All of the imagery and names are delightful as the author pulls you into the story. The Fowl Twins are as full of energy as Lord Teddy is full of desire so the reader must know there will be a clash of forces on the horizon. Throw in a hungry troll and the excitement begins.
