If someone asked me if I wanted to read a book about two odd, barely conjoined Irish twins, my first answer would be, "Not on your life."...but then if you said..but these are not ordinary twins..The are Fowls..as in Artemis..and the tale comes complete with a villain name Bleedham-Drye, an A.I. Nanni, a Pixie-Elf Detective and THE Fowl Twins (Artemis' younger brothers)..I'd be all over it like a Troll on a Billy Goat!
Eoin Colfer has done it in Spades this time. The first 45 pages alone are filled with wit, a wonderful storyline and characters that make you want to tag along and see what's next for Myles and Beckett, hyper-intelligent, scientists and more than a bit odd.. I can't wait to see what happens next!
