I have yet to read a Ruta Sepetys novel despite meaning to get to one. I know they are very beloved. The writing in The Fountains of Silence is very beautiful and I'd love to know more about Spain under Franco's rule. It's not a subject I've ever looked into. What I read in this snippet was very good and I'm eager to read more.
