As a Spanish teacher, I feel this book is a NEED for me!

Ruta Sepetys writes so poetically that it evokes such beautiful imagery of 1950s Spain. I was completely drawn into the world she drew. I loved that the story takes place in Spain and centers around a set of siblings and their lives post-Spanish-Civil-War, but also that there is a character of mixed descent whose point of view is also added in. I'm really excited to see where this book goes!
