Quick chapters and fast paced!
This book was such a quick thrill. It was fun and I read it in two quick sittings. Alice is married to her second husband, has two kids, and a very robust, healthy business. This story refers to current day deceit, lies, marriage, friendship, and trust, and flashes back to multiple POVs and timelines and how the past has influenced the present. This book was gripping and was one of those 'just one more chapter' books. The suspense keeps you invested and you weren't sure who was lying, who was genuine, and who you should trust. I did feel the ending felt a little rushed but enjoyed how suspenseful this was. This was ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me - be sure to add this to your summer list to bring to the pool or beach.
