Oooooooh this one needs to be added to anyone's Summer Reading List if you need a fast paced read for your beach bag or vacation. Wonderfully written by different points of view. Definitely a read where you need to be paying attention to all of the characters and what's going on. Alice has really been through a lot as any young widowed mother would be. Even as she has been able to move forward in life, suddenly it seems like everything comes into question.
Beth is Alice's close friend and she too has been left to raise a child without the fathers presence. I really wanted to not like her at parts but the author toyed with my emotions and naturally not all was what it appeared to be on the surface.
