The tittle is slightly confusing. While the synopsis tells us that Alice is probably making a mistake by trusting her best friend Beth, once you start reading, it gets very engaging.
There are parts where the reader might get totally lost and confused just like I got. I literally had to re-read those critical pages again just to get my story and bearings right. The story will make you wonder whose mistake are we talking here? Is it Nathan, Alice or Beth?
I have read many thrillers and suspense books but this definitely is a notch higher. Well spun story but the author could have done a better job of reconnecting the dots. Especially when the reader is about to discover the crux of the story.
Good book though and definitely give it a try!!
