Easy read but a bit predictable
Sandie Jones takes readers in a twisting but fun ride with this book. I am sure most avid readers have heard this story before. A wife and a husband with a best friend. Like most suspense novels with this plot, the combination usually ends in heartbreak, excitement, and some risk.
Alice, the wife, has a seemly perfect life. That is until her husband, Nathan, becomes distant over time. Alice leans on her best friend, Beth, for emotional support. But should she put her trust in Beth?
This book is a very easy and quick read. It is perfect for fans of suspense. My only complaint with the novel was that it was pretty predictable, especially based on reading novels that have been very similar.
