I'm not blown away by this first look. There is obviously a lot more to unfold, however, I found it hard to relate to Alice's character. I'm interested to see what happens and probably why she is the way she is, but it just didn't suck me in. The description seems accurate about it being a domestic suspense novel. I like the cover, I think it is pretty.
