The main character Alice is someone you can relate to immediately. Hectic life, husband away on business, problems with kids, e.t.c. However, I KNOW there is SO much more to this story that I CAN'T WAIT to discover. Why is she widowed? Why is her child being bullied or being the bully at school? Why do I have a nagging feeling her assistant is assisting her with more than just her work. (Perhaps her husband?) I don't know but I can't wait to see how this story unfolds! Also the cover of the book is absolutely beautiful and is what actually caught my eye initially and had me read the overview.
