Alice is still grieving the loss of her first husband but has made a stab at a new life for herself and her daughter. Her new husband seems to be kind and caring helping run the business she started with her diseased husband. Things seemed fine until it doesn't. The incident with her daughter at school the old classmate that thinks throwing a little business her way entitles him to a little extra and the new job that could be more than Alice can handle.
