Loved the opening to this story. The world of fan fiction is introduced in a fun, creative way in The Extraordinaries and I look forward to seeing more of what happens between Nick and his father, as well as what develops between him and Seth. What happens when he meets his superhero idols and how that shapes the narrative looks to make for an incredibly interesting story.
The way this is set with providing Nick's actual fan fiction posts and alternating that with Nick's point-of-view looks to be really fun and a way to have the fan fiction aspects further illuminate the main story. I also loved the comments, and think it's a clever way to expand the world beyond Nick's point-of-view.
