This book immediately dives in with a sample of Nick Bell's fan fiction - the most popular fan fiction about Nova City's superhero. The voice in the fan fiction is completely different than the narration and I appreciated that - the fan fiction sounding like a voice of a teenage boy. Loved the relationship between Nick and his father Aaron, the humor and the ease of the two as they share breakfast was sweet and endearing. The first impression was not long enough - I want more. I cannot wait to read this book.
