Hilarious and fantastically, gloriously gay.

T.J. Klune's writing is so hilarious to me, and this was no exception. I was cracking up literally within the first couple of pages and I loved that the book opens with an excerpt of the main character's fanfiction writing! Plus, his banter with his father and the story of his coming-out process was adorable. I love the rep in Klune's stories and I love the fact that the book immediately acknowledges the main character being gay *and* that we get to see a rare scenario in a book where a teen MC comes out and their family is actually supportive instead of being upset! I can't wait to read more of this.
