Normally when I read books, I try to avoid books that change point of views each chapter or so. But this storyline really caught my attention and I wanted to give it a try anyway. One thing that I feel sets this book apart from other books like that is that the characters are in completely different time periods. It’s really hard for a book to hold my attention when it swaps back and fourth like that, but this one was so unique that I honestly didn’t mind it this time.
I felt like this book was a tad bit slow for my personal liking, but that’s just me. I enjoyed it regardless, it seemed to pick up a little bit or maybe I was just so hooked on the story at the time that I didn’t really notice!
I think people who enjoy these types of stories will love this one. It’s well written and I wasn’t able to stop once I started reading it.
