Unique and timely
I've been reading a lot of Scandinavian fiction lately and there's something about the writing that's so appealing. This in particular sounds like such an interesting and of course important and timely story and that it comes from a part of the world that's feeling the effects of climate change more acutely than other areas only increases the draw. The writing itself is beautiful but I didn't feel immediately pulled in, however the synopsis sounds very promising.
