So far, some of the descriptions in this book are beautiful. There is definitely a great appreciation for nature. The cover is also absolutely gorgeous. I would like to read more to see how the two stories intersect and influence one another. But that all being said, I found the writing style didn't feel natural to me. Something about it didn't feel like a person talking to me. I think the tone might be off.
