Stories told in two segments or parts can be a challenge for the reader sometimes. In this one, I find myself eager to get back to the story unfolding about David and his daughter Lou. I have questions about Signe and want to know more about her but find myself getting bogged down in that part of the book. I want that part to get moving a little faster. That’s my impression so far.
