This story sucked me in right away! We switch between Signe, a Norwegian woman in 2017, and David & Lou, a father & daughter fleeing their home. Signe's village's glacier is being destroyed by a local company who is shipping glacial ice to rich people. David fled his home for unknown reasons with daughter Lou but lost his wife and baby son along the way. The writing was very well done and I'd love to find out more about these characters.
