This is my first book by this author which I enjoyed reading from the start. I enjoyed this author's writing skills that brings this adventure to life. I look forward to seeing what is next for them in the future. This is a well written story that will show you that the road to a throne is filled with danger but also an unexpected romance. I enjoyed how the characters pulled me into the story from the start. They are connectable and took me on an adventure that you will not soon forget. MJ and Sir Lucus are strong characters that have great growth throughout the story. They will soon find something more valuable than the throne that is sought after. They kept the story engaging and turning pages fast. This is a fast paced, hard to put down story that you don't want to miss. I really enjoyed reading this book. I highly recommend picking up this book.
