Refreshing take on Filipino mythology

The Encanto’s Daughter is a refreshingly witty fantasy romance that takes place in a Filipino mythology inspired world. Our main character, MJ, lives in the human world but hides a great secret-she’s not completely human. Yet she’s not completely Encanto either. When her father dies under mysterious circumstances, MJ becomes the heir of a kingdom that doesn’t trust an outsider, especially one who isn’t 100% Encanto. As MJ struggles with her new responsibilities, she begins to look into her father’s death-and her findings are not what she expected.
